Register now for Extended Day Kindergarten Program for 2015-16

Registration for the 2015-16 Extended Day Kindergarten Program at Jefferson School will begin on Friday, May 1 and run through Tuesday, June 30. There are two options for registering:

ONLINE: Beginning at 8:00 a.m.. on May 1, you can register online at the Web Store on the District 64 website. Click on the button labeled "Extended Day Kindergarten Registration" and complete the registration process.
PAPER APPLICATION: You can register by completing this registration form and either mailing, faxing, emailing or dropping it off at Jefferson School, 8200 Greendale, Niles, IL 60714. The fax number is 847-318-5442 or you can email it to Principal Leslye Lapping.
