Superintendent's March newsletter highlights literacy and musical happenings

Superintendent Laurie Heinz has released the March issue of her Parents = Partners Education Notes newsletter.

This month’s issue offers a look at the literacy activities our students enjoyed in conjunction with Read Across America week, the annual "Battle of the Books" competition, and the many musical happenings across the District. You'll also learn about several fundraising activities our schools are undertaking that expand learning outside our classrooms and underscore the amazing generosity of this community!

In Board of Education news, you will find an important update on the first facilities projects coming forward through the 10-year Health Life Safety survey and new Master Facilities Plan. The Board will be considering approval of secured vestibules and critical infrastructure projects at the March 21 regular Board meeting.

Previous editions of the newsletter are available here.
