As a result of being recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School for 2021, Lincoln Middle School Principal Mr. David Szwed attended the official Blue Ribbon award ceremony on November 5 in Washington, D.C. District 64 Superintendent Dr. Eric Olson and Lincoln Technology Teacher and Broadcast Coordinator Michael Taglia accompanied Szwed on the trip.
