Board Member Dr. Woitowich Resigns From D64 BOE

Board Member Dr. Nicole Woitowich resigned from the District 64 Board of Education effective Friday, January 27th, 2023. The Board will immediately begin the process of filling the vacancy according to Board Policy 2:70. Dr. Woitowich was elected to the Board in April of 2021.

In her letter of resignation, Dr. Woitowich wrote, “While it has been an honor to serve the District 64 community for the past two years, I am no longer able to dedicate the time that is necessary for this role. Instead, I look forward to reprioritizing my family and my scientific scholarship. I thank Dr. Eric Olson for his leadership of the District and wish the Board well as they execute their vision for their future.”
