The final touches on areas surrounding Franklin Elementary School finished this week. Bright and early on Wednesday morning, crews started taking down the construction fencing, which revealed lush, green, and beautiful fields!
Just last month, there were mounds of dirt and no paths, but now the area has been transformed as this project comes to a close.
